Renting a room in my apartment for tourist, visitors, or people looking temporary stay. Located in Elmhurst, Queens in a co-op elevator building. The apartment is located 20 minutes from Manhattan and 2 minutes walking distance from the 7 train, E and F express trains, R and M trains and buss transit. Also 25 minutes from Laguardia Airport. Is it a very quiet neighborhood.

The kitchen has a stainless refrigerator, electric/gas stove, space for food and beverage, marble tiled floor, and double sink and dishwasher. The bathroom is newly renovated with marble tile and a stand-alone European style sink.

The room has a queen sized modern bed, two closets, a dresser. The room also has stained hardwood floors with two windows with great lighting. Clean bed sheets, covers, and towel are provided.

I am very discreet and quiet. I am web developer and i work during the week from 10am to 7pm (or later).
